Kara Williamson, originally from Pennsylvania, is a well-known portrait artist in the Nashville area. She’s a natural-born artist with an eye for detail and capturing a person’s likeness in her portrait drawings. She studied Fine Art and Psychology at Kutztown University and East Stroudsburg University, and interned with an art therapist at a local hospital. Owner & Teacher
Heather is a creative soul who dreams big. When she was a young girl, she wanted to be many things when she grew up... a writer, a teacher, a business owner, a mom. Little did she know that as an adult, she would make that her reality.
Graduating with a Bachelor in English and Secondary Education at Austin Peay State University, Heather believes that education is a life-long process and loves learning. She furthered her education at Cumberland University and earned a Master's in Business Administration.
Heather and her family opened Imagine That Art Studio in 2017, a business which has thankfully been embraced by our community. The studio continues to evolve and grow as Heather dreams up new classes and programs.
Heather currently teaches a variety of classes, including DIY wood working, homeschool courses, and canvas paintings.
Madison has a natural talent for art and a love for painting, mostly with acrylic paints. She has an eye for detail and a unique way of seeing the world, which is obvious in her art. Madison is available at the studio to teach special canvas paintings, birthday parties, and events.

Becky brings a level of expertise unlike any other to our studio and has developed a plan for special classes tailored to the needs of home-schooled students. Becky loves working with watercolors and acrylic paints and can’t wait to create with you and your loved ones!
